CINCINNATI SCHOLAR HOUSE
The Cincinnati Scholar House is an educational program and affordable housing community designed to provide a stable living and learning environment for single parents and their children while the parent pursues a college degree.
A COMMUNITY OF SUPPORT
Parents in the Cincinnati Scholar House community receive comprehensive support—from one-on-one coaching and skill-building workshops to resources designed to help them succeed as students, household leaders, and professionals.
ON-SITE EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The Walnut Hills Early Learning Center YMCA welcomes children ages 6 weeks through 5 years (pre-kindergarten) in a safe, nurturing space designed to support growth and learning for all families in our community.
2 & 3 BEDROOM APARTMENTS
CINCINNATI SCHOLAR HOUSE REQUIRMENTS
To be considered for the CSH program, you must:
- Already have a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a single-parent with primary custody of child/children
- Must be a full-time student
- Must maintain a 2.0 GPA
